Creative Soul

What blisses you out?

What do you love to do?

What is it that makes time fly by?

What doesn’t feel like WORK to you?

What makes you feel light and connected?

How can you develop intuition?

How do you know you know?

What’s beyond your physical body that affects everything around you?

How can you feel supported by something greater than yourself?

How do you create from this Source?

Creativity and Intuition both access that part in our brain that the practices of mindfulness and meditation cultivate and strengthen.

My creative practice.

HANNAHMOON.jpg

I began painting in a tiny corner of my crowded kitchen in Brooklyn, NY. Art is my first love. However, it took me years until I LET myself enjoy it. My inner critic and logical mind was too powerful. I kept comparing myself to others, and thought why bother.

When my practice of meditation and mindfulness became an inner source of strength, I began to slowly understand what it felt like to connect to that deep knowing presence and simultaneously, a force greater than myself.

This connection became my guide, in all areas of my life, especially in my creative work. As my intuition grew stronger, I was no longer a slave to the inner critic and I felt supported in a way that I had never felt before.

That is why I created Intuitive Mindfulness™, a system of practices which not only trains the brain with mindfulness, but it opens up energetic pathways to connect to your deepest presence and to the greater forces at work. It has changed my life as well as many of those that I have worked with.

Who’s Creative?

When you are in the flow, the brain’s inner critic steps aside. The flow is powerful. You are in the present. You are functioning at a highly integrated level of mind and body, working in harmony. You are aligned with the deepest aspect of who you are. I call it the Soul, you might call it Higher Self, Universal Consciousness, God, Divine etc. You are igniting your intuition AND your creativity!

Creativity and Intuition live in the same place

Don’t think you’re creative? You think that title is reserved only for the creative types? Not so. You don’t have to paint a masterpiece oil painting to be creative or write a best selling novel. Being creative is first about being curious.

Let’s get curious.

It’s an act of self love.

Being creative also takes some amount of courage, to let go of the limited ways thinking and to expand your concept of who you think you are. It is an act of self love. Loving kindness is a kind of mindfulness meditation that helps greatly with this. So if you’d like to dust off that guitar or pick up your paint brushes, why not start it along with a practice that will help you be gentle, kind, yet firm and steady in your creative path? You don’t have to succumb to your inner critic. You are much more powerful than you know. Let me show you how.

Take the next step and find out how I can help you in your creative path to freedom.
